R6r6 provides voluntary self-exclusion mechanisms to pause or permanently suspend activity across all products offered on its platform. This Self-Exclusion Policy applies to all accounts registered with R6r6 and forms part of our Responsible Gaming framework.
Time-Out is a temporary pause that allows you to discontinue gambling for a defined period. You may initiate Time-Out from your Account Profile by selecting a pre-defined duration. During Time-Out you will be unable to deposit funds, withdraw funds, place bets, or access any R6r6 products. A Time-Out is non-reversible before its expiry; revocation is only permissible after a minimum of 24 hours from the initial request. On expiry, your access to the Services is automatically restored without further action.
Self-Exclusion is a longer-term prohibition from engaging in gambling activities on the R6r6 platform. The minimum self-exclusion period is six months. To commence Self-Exclusion, you must submit a written electronic request to the Customer Support team (via email). Upon receipt, your account will enter a 24-hour cooling-off period during which no gambling activity is permitted.
After the cooling-off period, the Company will present the available self-exclusion periods (all fixed, pre-defined options). You must confirm your chosen period by return email. No variations to the pre-selected periods are permitted. If you fail to respond within 24 hours, your request will be deemed withdrawn and your account will be reopened and confirmed by email.
During the Self-Exclusion period, you will be unable to deposit or withdraw funds and you will not be able to access any R6r6 products. Upon expiry, the account will be automatically re-activated. The Company may deny a request for revocation before the end of the chosen period, at its absolute discretion.
Following the expiry of a Time-Out or Self-Exclusion, reactivation occurs automatically, unless the customer has elected to extend coverage by taking a new exclusion period before expiry. The Company will provide guidance on available options at the conclusion of the cooling-off or exclusion period. Any new activity after reactivation remains subject to applicable terms and responsible gaming policies.
In addition to exclusion measures, you may set spend and activity limits within the “My Account” area. If you exceed a defined limit, the system will restrict additional actions related to that limit. Requests to revoke a limit or to adjust a limit may be submitted in writing or by electronic notice; such requests will be considered but are subject to the Company’s absolute discretion to approve or deny. The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure that self-exclusion and limit settings are not circumvented by duplicate registrations or altered personal data.
While a self-exclusion is active, R6r6 will take reasonable steps to ensure that promotional materials are not sent to the excluded account. The Company disclaims liability for any promotional content that is inadvertently sent where a user has not complied with registration controls, or where the user creates new accounts using non-identical data.

R6r6 processes self-exclusion data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Records of self-exclusion requests are maintained for the duration of the exclusion and for a period thereafter as required by law or internal policy. You have the right to access or correct personal data held by R6r6 in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
